Ron Bell
VP Communications Products, Micro Linear: Ron spent 25 years at Unysis and was its Chief Technology Officer and a Unysis Fellow. From there, he joined LSI Logic as its Vice President of Advanced Architecture. Most recently, he was CEO of Equator Technologies. Ron was instrumental in the commercialization of the microprocessor.

Bradley B. Bertoch

Bob Gottdener
Principal of BT Alex. Brown. Mr. Gottdener has twenty-eight years of investment experience. He graduated from the University of Illinois, earned a certificate from the Securities Industry Association at the Wharton Business School, and attended graduate school at the University of California. Mr. Gottdener specializes in working with high-growth companies who have gone public, or have the potential to go public, as a part of the Corporate Executive Services Group of BT Alex. Brown. He is a member of Wayne Brown Institute's Cooperative Venturing Network and acts as a mentor for early stage companies.

Douglas Greenwood
Trautman Wasserman: Mr. Greenwood is currently head of Investment Banking Services for Trautman. He held officer level positions at Chemical Bank and then Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. From there he entered the securities business in 1981 and has been with the firm of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown for 11 years where he was a principal in the Corporate and Executive Services Group. He graduated from Princeton in 1973 and has been active in the financial services industry since 1975.

Debra Guerin
CEO, International Venture Fund/invencor, inc: Prior positions include Technology Funding and a Senior Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank. Debra is past chair of the Arizona Venture Capital Conference. Her firm, invencor / International Venture Fund, inc. is a new early stage venture fund.

Daniel McPhun
Mitsubishi International Corporation: Dan has been a guest panelist for the Institute since the mid 1980s. He is Senior Advisor for the Business Development Department at Mitsubishi. He played lead roles in the creation of the Los Angeles Technology Venture Forum and the Illinois Venture Capital Conference.

Edward A. Reilly, Jr.
Morgan Lewis: A corporate and commercial partner, he concentrates in the area of corporate finance. He has advised clients on the formation of investment funds and is experienced in connection with subordination, exit strategies and collateral issues.

Brent Rider
General Partner, Integra Ventures: Brent's venture career spans 30 years. He served for 12 years as President of Union Ventures, and was the Founder and a General Partner of El Dorado Ventures. He specializes in the venture financing of early stage technology companies and has served as Chairman of the Los Angeles Technology Venture Forum.

Richard Shanaman
SunStar Associates Inc: Dick was Vice Chairman and CFO of American Stores, the second largest retailer in America. He, along with Wayne Brown, founded Utah Ventures. He is a director of Ceramatec, a high tech ceramics company, and of Lombard Investments, a large late stage venture fund.

Partner, Ray Quinney & Nebeker: Bob is a leading authority in securities law. His practice is limited to private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and venture financing.
